Never reorganized, owned or operated by anyone other than a Sutphen, family atmosphere is apparent. Sutphen is the most experienced manufacture of Mid Mount Platforms and Aerials and celebrated their 120th year in business in 2010. Being privately owned, Sutphen also can boast being the “most financially stable fire apparatus builder” in North America. 100% owned and operated in the United States, Sutphen facilities are located in the greater Columbus, OH area with an eastern location in Monticello, New York.
